General Donation to the Give A Little Foundation
The Give a Little Foundation provides direct, immediate, one-time financial assistance to individuals and families living in Yamhill County who are facing a crisis or emergency.
Your contributions help us provide a safety net in partnership with some 20 local front-line agencies that evaluate applicants’ needs and the availability of other financial help.
By providing modest amounts of money at critical times, the Foundation helps recipients avoid hardship and maintain or gain self-sufficiency. With your support, Give a Little and its partners can fill the gaps at pivotal moments in the lives of people striving to become self-supporting.
Contributions go entirely for relief, with no administrative costs subtracted. Those contributions let people know that the community cares.
Donation to the "Tricia Fund"
Give a Little Foundation established this fund in honor of our co-founder, board member and close friend Tricia Crawford. We were deeply saddened to lose Tricia in June 2013, just two months after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Donations to the fund are used to further the mission of Give a Little in a way that serves as a special tribute to Tricia.
Tricia was well known for her graceful, loving presence, her abiding commitment to peace and social justice, her sonorous laughter, and her deep compassion. With her experience in the world of nonprofits,</ she navigated us through legal requirements, board development and fundraising for Give a Little.
Until the onset of her illness, Tricia continued to guide the foundation with vision, wisdom and cheerful daily work. Tricia was a gift to our community, showing by her example how we can offer the best of ourselves to one another. Her work and spirit will continue to encourage and inspire us.
