21st Annual Brown Bag Concert Series

Black and Blue, a local duo, will perform blues, rock and jazz, including some sing-alongs, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at the US Bank Plaza, corner of Third and Davis streets, McMinnville, as part of the 21^st annual Brown Bag Concert series.
