Also I'm an alumni of the MECOP program and an active member and mentor for college kids working in our industry. Part of this is a high-school preselect program where we take kids with high potential and assist them with gaining well paying internships.
I'm willing to help educate these kids but our community doesn't seem to reach out to local engineers. Are there any people out there interested in our assistance? I'm only 34 years old so I'm not too far removed from school!
