Why would a town or county have to power to ban a dispensary? If the owner filed a $4000.00 application fee and the state accepted the application, cashed the check, and sent the license. Would the state then reimburse the applicant his or hers $4000.00. Would a town or county have the right to discriminate which medicine a county or town would allow.
I'm not passing judgment on what is in your medicine cabinet, Don't pass judgment on what's in mine.
