Power outage reported in McMinnville

McMinnville Water and Light reported a power outage this morning in the North Highway 99W/Northeast Grandhaven area, according to spokesperson Wes Thomas.

The outage was reported about 8:30 a.m. There were 900 customers impacted. Power was restored about 9 a.m.

The cause was an underground cable failure, Thomas said.
