Some of the contractors who build their buildings also suffer cash flow problems, because Evergreen feels the need to "Not" pay their bills.
I feel sorry for those vendors and contractors, who do not get paid. It is too bad the courts do not take over and make them pay their bills. Too many people and other companies suffer because someone like this fails to pay on time, if at all.
