More lawsuits filed against Evergreen

Evergreen is actually known throughout the industry for not paying their bills on time. How can a company that owes so much, afford to make a museum, water park and wants to build a lodge. Apparently they do not care about their vendors, such as Priority 1 Air Rescue, who loses because a company is unwilling or unable to pay their bills on time.
Some of the contractors who build their buildings also suffer cash flow problems, because Evergreen feels the need to "Not" pay their bills.
I feel sorry for those vendors and contractors, who do not get paid. It is too bad the courts do not take over and make them pay their bills. Too many people and other companies suffer because someone like this fails to pay on time, if at all.
