What a horrific story! I feel so badly for Kodi. It must be really hard for him to have lost his baby sister! A few years ago he lost his little brother too. My heart goes out to this family. May justice be served!

He hasn't been declared guilty yet but if he is, and if he did this, he deserves a very severe punishment....he probably didn't mean for it to happen, it probably wasn't intentional but he is still responsible because he lost his cool and probably pushed the baby down and then just let her drown thinking he'd pull her out before she died - who knows what he was thinking but it is aweful that a baby should die in such a sad and horrible way...may she be resting in peace.
