ASTORIA -- A Dundee woman was one of three victims seriously injured Friday night in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 30.

Olivia Tokstad, 21, was a passenger in a 2002 Dodge Neon traveling on Highway 30 about 9:20 p.m. State police said a 1996 Honda Passport crossed the centerline and collided head-on with the Neon.

Tokstad and another passenger, Kamah Hartwell, 22, of Portland, were taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria. The Neon driver, Abraham Korpoh, 21, residence unknown, was flown by Life Flight helicopter to a hosptial in Portland with critical injuries.

The Honda driver fled the scene on foot, troopers said. They are not sure of the gender of the driver, but believe he or she is likely to be injured.
