WILLAMINA — A Willamina woman was arrested Monday afternoon after she allegedly banged her car off a parked pickup and left the scene.
Trooper Chad Drew of the Oregon State Police identified the suspect as Mary Frances Bramall, 51, of 774 N.E. Main St., who had three children with her.
Bramall was arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Yamhill County Circuit Court on two counts of fourth-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangering and one count each of driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run driving and reckless driving. Several 911 callers reported a 2003 Toyota Camry had struck a 2006 Dodge pickup at 302 N.E. First St., then taken off. The car was traced to Bramall, who was contacted at her residence.
She failed standardized field sobriety tests. Her blood alcohol content was .11, well over the .08 marking the presumptive level of intoxication in Oregon is .08.
Bramall’s next court appearance is set for 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29.
