It should be pointed out several names on the list of opposition to Riverbend expansion can also be found as members of the 'appeal anything society', you know, the comically named friends of Yamhill County.

It's exactly what these people do -- sue, appeal, and generally disregard any other opinion, court verdict, or voter decision. Throwing up foolish and frivolous hurdles is their trademark and it's all about delay, until another avenue is discovered. So, be aware, this issue may never be settled (exactly as planned).
