Their is only so much we can do and truthfully. I'm not sure any city, State or even our Feds take the serious consequences of lack of money and huge debt.
We have a lot of problems. We have high unemployment, our education system is failing, our justice system is costing a lot of money, we are spending way more on politics then needed, and we have a huge inequality in wealth and almost no social economic mobility. UNLESS we learn from our mistakes, we will not fix them. AND we have not learned.
