We should ask ourselves how come we spend the most on education and have middle results? Maybe it's because we tend to spend 20% on Adminsitrative cost then most others?

I look forward to this, because the key component to lack of social economic mobility is education. Since the U.S. is dead last among all developed democracies, the focus will be attempting to bring social economic classes on the same line in order to achieve college success and employment which will create a strong future of positive conomic growth for all.
