However, the article doesn't cover the amount of tickets and arrests that Mac PD made that night. In a span of 45 minutes I saw four cars that got pulled over. I also heard that they booked six people when the event finished. There was a massive police presence which probably means that there was some serious overtime.
Now, I know that when other events happen downtown (Turkey Rama), that the event organizers pay for the extra police presence. Did we the taxpayers pay for this or did Ruben pay?
