The Lafayette Disaster Preparedness team will hold a winter workshop from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays, Oct. 4 and 11, at the Lafayette Community Center, 133 Adams St. Attendees are asked to bring three cans of food for the food cupboard.
